What You'll Do :

Champion quality and patient safety programs, pushing outcomes and innovation forward

Oversee and empower clinical teams think training, credentials, hiring, and beyond

Dive into performance data (like patient satisfaction) and turn insights into action

Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that elevate care and meet top-tier certifications like PCMH Level 3

Lead initiatives in population health, chronic disease management, and continuous staff education

Design systems and processes that support exceptional care delivery

Keep your clinical skills sharp with your own patient panel

Your Qualifications :

Family Medicine Board Certified

Hold or be eligible for a State of Alabama Medical License
