At Sparky's LLC, we are at the forefront of the cannabis accessories market, and we are looking for dynamic B2B Sales Representatives to join our passionate and innovative team in Las Vegas this October for a major industry trade show. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and establishing strong relationships with clients including wholesalers, distributors, packaging companies as well as dispensaries. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, presenting our unique product offerings, and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Salary

$18 - $25 USD per hour

Required Skills

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

\n

  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role.

    • \n

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

    • \n

  • Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding quotas and driving sales growth.

  • Convert leads into sales opportunities and submit post-show follow-up reports.

  • Secure a set number of qualified leads at the October Las Vegas trade show.

  • A passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
