The selected candidate will spearhead the development of customer relations and insurance policy sales, focusing on delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake sales of a wide range of property and casualty insurance products to both new and existing clients.
• Provide proactive customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships and ensure the retention of accounts.
• Assess client’s individual needs to ensure that appropriate policies are matched effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction and coverage accuracy.
• Facilitate the policy underwriting process from initial application to issuance, ensuring all client data is processed accurately and timely.
• Conduct regular follow-up with clients to reassess their needs and insurance coverage, adjusting policies as required to meet their changing circumstances.
• Navigate claims processes with clients, providing guidance and support through potentially challenging situations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed and current advice to clients.
• Participate in networking events and professional organizations to foster connections and remain visible in the insurance community.
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions, policies, and transactions to maintain compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet overall company objectives, pooling insights to refine strategies and service delivery.
