We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team in Modesto, California. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services by representing clients in complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will contribute to our commitment to protecting client rights and achieving favorable outcomes.

• Responsibilities
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and legal options.
• Participate in mediation and arbitration processes as needed.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Proven experience in litigation with a strong understanding of court procedures.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
