Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking Cardiac Telemetry RNs for both their Gainesville and Bradenton, FL locations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice. You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Job Requirements

1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience (within the last 4 years) required

Nursing Diploma or ASN required (BSN preferred)

Current Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must apply for FL license if compact)

If less than 3 years of RN experience : must pass NCLEX in Florida

Certifications : BLS

ACLS

Additional Notes :

Patient ratio : 5 : 1 (days, sometimes 6), 6 : 1 (nights)

• Candidates must live within a commutable distance (less than 60 minutes away)
• Key qualities : strong communication, teamwork, and ability to handle ratios up to 7 : 1 when needed

Benefits

Shifts Available : Days & Nights (rotating weekends)

Shift Differentials :

Nights : $4.25 / hr

Weekends : $3.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (Days)

$25,000 (Nights)
