What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver patient-centered urology care with compassion and expertise.
  • Conduct assessments, create care plans, and ensure safe, evidence-based treatments.
  • Partner with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to professional growth within the team.
  • Collaborate in quality improvement initiatives and shared decision-making.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State).
  • BLS certification (ACLS may be required within 180 days in certain settings).
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • At least 1 year of direct patient care in an acute care setting preferred.
