Key Responsibilities

3+ years experience structuring / forming private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds

Drafting fund documents, negotiating with LPs, reviewing subscription docs, advising investors, structuring GPs and management companies

Knowledge of Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act of 1940
