Summary of Job Description :
The Associate Facilities Manager is a one- to two-year training position to prepare for the Facilities Manager position. This position acquires and demonstrates the ability to plan and manage the repair and maintenance for 60-100 stores under the oversight of a Senior Manager, Facilities or Director, Facilities, with increasing independence. This position searches, evaluates, and negotiates contracts with local / regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and needed repair services to assigned stores. The Associate Facilities Manager manages vendors’ performance to ensure work meets quality requirements and is provided in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You’ll get a chance to :
- Under the oversight of a more senior facilities manager, plans and manages the repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one Regions within metrics, ensuring all stores meet Panda facility standards, under the oversight of a Senior Manager, Facilities or Director, Facilities, working with increasing independence.
- Learns how to search, evaluate, and negotiate and contract with regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and needed repair services to assigned stores.
- Manages, grades, and tracks vendors’ performance to ensure work meets quality requirements and is provided in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Learns how to implement maintenance and preventive maintenance program that enable store managers to handle routine or urgent situations. Supports a more senior facilities manager to train store managers on R&M (repair & maintenance) programs and on working effectively with vendors to control quality work and cost.
- Supports Risk Management’s program by responding to emergencies, inspecting issue at hand, and helping create resolution
- Supports a more senior facilities manager in managing vendors’ performance to control maintenance and repair costs, using the Service Channel tools, reports, and FM metrics.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience required..Minimum five years of facilities maintenance-related experience, preferably in the retail / hospitality environmentSuccessful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.Pay Range : P3 : $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
