About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle RAC Architect to design, implement, and maintain high-availability database solutions using Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC). The ideal candidate will lead complex database architecture initiatives and provide technical leadership in a mission-critical environment... What You'll Be Doing :

• Design and implement Oracle RAC, Oracle Exadata architectures that ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance across multiple nodes and clusters
• Develop technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and documentation for Oracle RAC implementations and migrations
• Lead capacity planning initiatives and provide recommendations for hardware and software requirements
• Establish best practices for Oracle RAC, Exadata administration, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to database administrators and development teams
• Perform complex troubleshooting of RAC-related issues and implement preventive measures
• Create and maintain automation scripts for RAC deployment, maintenance, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database architectures align with business requirements
• Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of RAC environments
• Lead database upgrade and migration projects while ensuring minimal downtime
