Job Opportunity : Medical Director - Maternal Fetal Medicine in Muskegon, MI

Join a leading healthcare organization as a Medical Director for the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line in Muskegon, Michigan. Our facility offers state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative work environment focused on delivering high-quality care for complex maternal fetal cases.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Maternal Fetal Medicine Service Line.
  • Collaborate with Administrative & Clinical Directors for Women s & Children s Services.
  • Work alongside OB / GYN Medical Directors across multiple locations.
  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for high-risk pregnancies.
  • Coordinate care with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists.
  • Develop and enhance the Maternal Fetal Medicine program.
  • Achieve goals around quality, service excellence, and financial objectives.
  • Provide education and mentorship to medical students and residents.
  • Perform various gynecologic procedures and surgeries.
  • Conduct infertility evaluations, and manage menopause and pelvic pain.
  • Offer supportive counseling for perinatal mood disorders.

Qualifications :

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role is highly preferred.
  • Must hold a Michigan medical license or be willing to obtain one.
  • DEA license (or willing to obtain).
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain).
  • Clean malpractice record is highly preferred.
  • Open to applicants requiring visa support (H1B only).

    • License and Certification Requirements :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
  • Active Michigan medical license.
  • DEA registration.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
