Job Title : AI & Systems Engineer - Hybrid Role (Boston, MA)

Salary : $135,000 - $145,000 per year (depending on experience)

What will the AI & Systems Engineer do?

  • Deploy and maintain AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to support business workflows
  • Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure (Windows / Linux, M365, Azure, VMWare, Nutanix)
  • Collaborate on service delivery, business continuity, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and security
  • Provide training and support across departments on AI systems and applications
  • Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule

    • What the company needs in an AI & Systems Engineer :

  • 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, ideally in a professional services or legal environment
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing AI systems and applications
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell), REST API and SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with ML libraries and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Passion for AI and its practical application in secure, data-sensitive environments
