Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse LPN!

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patient care? At Carle Health, we’re looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse LPN to join our supportive and inclusive team. Under the guidance of a healthcare provider, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Your Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse LPN, you will be at the forefront of patient care. Here’s what you can expect :

  • Clinical Excellence : Assist providers and clinical staff in obtaining vital information and preparing patients for examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Competence in Clinical Skills : Demonstrate the necessary skills to carry out your duties effectively.
  • Sample Collection : Draw blood and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Medication Administration : Administer vaccines and medications via various routes as ordered.
  • Patient Referrals : Schedule referrals and complete necessary forms for lab testing.
  • Follow-Up Tracking : Monitor patient appointments and lab tests to ensure continuity of care.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records in the patient’s electronic health record.

Development and Patient Education

  • Staying informed by attending meetings and checking organizational updates.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Exhibiting professionalism in line with our policies, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Providing education to patients and families using the Teach-back method.
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and foster a positive environment.
  • Taking on additional duties as requested to ensure smooth operations.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The compensation range for this position is $21.74 - $36.31 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
