Local Travel Rates : $54-$59 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first-day health benefits. We are seeking a Travel (PT) Physical Therapist or local contract Physical Therapist (PT) for our Outpatient Geriatric patient population. This is an active geriatric patient population. The Outpatient Clinic is located within the Independent Living Community in Salt Lake City, UT. Supporting Rehab Management and Administrative Team. All patients are scheduled on a 1 : 1 basis. 1-hour evaluations, 1-hour treatments. Avg 7-8 patients per day. Hours : 8-430 M-F no evenings or weekends. 40 hours guaranteed.
