We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Rockstar to join a dynamic, fast-paced team in the heart of the Quad Cities. This isn’t your average AR role—we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, streamline processes, and maybe even crack a few (accounting-appropriate) jokes along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Sending invoices that are so clear and timely, clients want to frame them.
- Following up on outstanding payments like a polite but persistent detective.
- Reconciling accounts and making sure every dollar is where it should be.
- Collaborating with internal teams to keep the cash flowing and the vibes high.
