Job title : Senior Internal Auditor

Location : Hybrid - Canton, Ohio (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000 base (depending on experience) + Bonus eligible + Full Benefits + Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Key Responsibilities (Senior Internal Auditor) :

Lead audits focused on operations, financial controls, and compliance areas

Evaluate processes and internal controls

Review and guide the work of junior audit staff

Assist with risk assessments and contribute to audit planning

Support ongoing improvements to audit processes and documentation standards

Qualifications (Senior Internal Auditor) :

4+ years of audit experience with a working knowledge of internal controls and risk management

Proficient in Excel and general reporting tools; exposure to SAP is preferred but not required

Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance
