Overview

We are looking for a skilled Verification & Benefit Activation Specialist to support our post-sale process. In this role, you will verify client information transferred from our sales team using our user-friendly technology platform, following prompts to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in benefit activation tasks, including signing members up for specific carrier products and initiatives through guided, plug-and-play procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Verify client information transferred from sales agents using our technology platform, following step-by-step prompts.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate verification of all client details to ensure compliance and correctness.
  • Perform benefit activation tasks, including enrolling members into carrier products and initiatives as directed by prompts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with consumers, demonstrating finesse and understanding of their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of verification and activation processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient post-sale operations.
  • Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional voice.
  • Experience in customer verification, benefit activation, or similar roles highly preferred.
  • Ability to follow guided prompts accurately and efficiently within technology platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with older demographics; patience and empathy are critical.
  • Previous experience in a call center or tele-sales environment is a plus.
  • Candidates must have reliable and stable internet connectivity; a home generator is preferred but not required to ensure consistent communication and operations.
