ECRP Analyst

A company is looking for an ECRP Analyst / Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and enter data related to Out of Area ECRP claims processing and adjustments

Provide customer service to internal and external clients via the ECRP Hotline

Manage and process ECRP provider appeals and maintain tracking logs for inquiries

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in claims processing or customer service preferred

In-depth knowledge of claims payment methodology required

Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Healthcare or Managed Care experience preferred

Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm preferred
