Job Description

The IT Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp'd Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way.

There are three different internship opportunities within our IT team for Summer 2026. Candidates may apply for one or multiple roles depending on their skills and career interests .

Key Responsibilities :

IT Operations Intern :

• Provide technical support for datacenter, applications, network connectivity, desktop computers, and related technology
• Work with vendor contacts to resolve hardware, software and networking technical issues
• Deliver excellent customer service using documented procedures and available tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues and requests

IT Systems Support Intern :

IT Business System Analyst Intern :

Compensation : Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $24 / hr-$25 / hr

Working model and hours : Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience-spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely. Interns work about 40 hours per week.
