What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers
- Stay up-to-date on Spectrum Quartz product knowledge and industry trends
- Follow up on leads and referrals, developing trusted advisor relationships with key partners
- Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, marketing events, and industry associations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track account metrics using Salesforce
- Collaborate with center managers to grow territory performance and report on initiatives
- Resolve client issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
You’re a Great Fit If You Have…
Proven success in sales as an Account Manager or similar role in the quartz / natural stone industryExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts with precision and attention to detailClean driving and criminal recordBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in sales or the design industryTools & Travel
Systems : Microsoft 365 and SalesforceTravel : 80–90% within assigned territory (customers, trade shows, associations)Physical : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (samples and trade show materials)What We Offer
