• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy
• Ability to draw arterial blood gases

Description :

The respiratory care unit requires a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

The candidate will work with a team of Respiratory Therapists.

The position may require rotation between day and evening shifts.

Day shifts may rotate to 11 AM - 11 PM when necessary.

Night positions are straight night shifts.

The clinician to patient ratio consists of 5 Respiratory Therapists on day shifts, 5 on evening shifts, and 4 on night shifts.

During day shifts, staffing includes 1 in charge, 2 assigned to a 20-bed ICU, and 2 assigned to Med / Surg floors.

Equipment includes PB980 Ventilator and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator.
