Qualifications :

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state or a Compact RN License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to work within a collaborative, shared leadership model.
