Salary : $50,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 4-6 workers on PEMB erection projects.
• Read and interpret erection drawings, ensuring work meets project specifications.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Director of Operations to ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are on-site and ready.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve onsite issues, and provide updates to management.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members, fostering growth and teamwork.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and with a commitment to quality.
• Represent Reich Construction LLC professionally with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
