A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative with an Advantage P&C License required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist internal and external customers with moderately complex insurance issues while delivering exceptional service
Communicate with customers and resolve inquiries related to policy provisions and conditions
Document customer interactions thoroughly and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Property and Casualty license required within a designated number of attempts
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
