THE ROLE

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a / an Manufacturing Engineer (Production) Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

With our current operations org structure, there is a gap that resides between production, manufacturing engineering, and continuous improvement. Through an industrial engineering and process lens, this role will be all about digging into our processes and driving productivity, quality, scrap reduction, and many other deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Participate in day-to-day operations (i.e. tier boards, escalations)
• Manage projects
• Work cross-functionally
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Analyze data
• Directly impact KPIs
