Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze clinical records for accurate coding and billing compliance
Code procedures and diagnoses while auditing medical records
Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience with medical coding and / or auditing
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and PCS coding systems
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
Advanced computer skills and proficiency with EHR systems
