DevOps Engineer

Assured Information Security (AIS) has an opening for a DevOps Engineer. This onsite position can be based out of Rome, NY or Catonsville, MD and requires an active TS / SCI clearance. This position will provide direct support to engineering platforms and microservices used to develop critical applications leveraged across multiple DoD customers.

What You'll Do :

• Develop infrastructure, task automation, provision managed services, and leverage Python, Ansible, and Terraform programming languages.
• Install, configure, and provide performance support for Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud metrics collection tools.
• Manage CI / CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deploying code utilizing GitLab.
• Manage commercial cloud computing platforms (Azure and AWS).
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other software and test teams to integrate capabilities.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity threats and offensive capabilities and contribute to internal research and development efforts.

Clearance Required : Active TS / SCI

Travel : Up to 10% AA / Disability / Veteran US Salary Range : $101,655 - $141,000

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes employer paid health insurance and a 7% contribution to your 401k, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
