With a walk-in clinic that caters to a dynamic urban population, this clinic on Jackson Street serves a predominantly African American community and seeks physicians who are passionate about inclusive, community-centered care.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range : $210,000 to $230,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Eligible for loan repayment through federal programs
• Productivity bonuses paid quarterly approximately $900 per quarter
• Negotiable sign-on and relocation bonuses
• Three-tiered medical insurance options (up to 90% employer-paid)
• Vision and Dental Insurance available
• 17 PTO days accrued annually + 10 paid holidays
• CME stipend of $2,500 and 5 additional days off
• 401(k) with 3% employer match, vested after 3 years

• Part-time schedules considered (minimum 30 hours / week for benefits and loan repayment eligibility)
