Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Source influencers utilizing keywords, competitor insights, and current trends
- Verify influencers who align with campaign objectives by analyzing statistics using influencer platforms
- Report statistics and present potential influencer partnerships
- Ideate and collaborate with influencers to create authentic content that resonates with the target audience
- Draft creator briefs for unique influencer campaigns
- Maintain attention to detail for optimization with factors such as hashtags and posting times
- Engage directly with UGC creators, ensuring understanding of campaign requirements
- Collaborate with internal design team to provide creators with specific video direction
- Organize and track video content submissions for client approval, managing revisions as needed
- Perform quality assurance checks on live posts to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
- Pull and analyze influencer post performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams to optimize future campaigns
- Compile decks showcasing industry insights and future opportunities for client presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends, social platforms, and top-performing influencer / UGC ads
Creative Marketing
Manage and organize project trackers, ensuring alignment with design requests, client feedback, and project status updatesUpdate project hours by task, tracking progress to stay within budget, scope, and timelineCollaborate with the design team to implement revisions and oversee QA before delivering final assetsWork with the paid media team to handle creative requests and adapt assets for optimal performanceAssist with copywriting and content review to ensure compelling messagingOrganize creative files with attention to detail based on platform specificationsOversee project timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and client expectationsPrepare presentations for client reviews, showcasing creative performance and trendsQualifications / Background
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or creative project managementStrong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer / UGC content strategiesAbility to analyze influencer performance data and derive actionable insightsExceptional organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Tick, ClickUp or similar)Proficiency in Google applications for reports and summariesPassion for staying on top of industry trends and contributing creative solutionsExperience with influencer platforms like HypeAuditor is a plusBasic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plusExperience in paid media strategy or working with digital marketing teams is a plusWhy Direct Agents
