Join a Fortune 500 food manufacturer with some of the most well-known brands in the U.S. This is a state-of-the-art facility offering excellent pay, benefits, and a great culture.

Schedule : Dayshift, 13-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule, 5 : 30 AM–6 : 30 PM).

Pay : $44.47 / hr (Level 6)

What you'll do :

Ensure the manufacture of consumer foods meets all safety, quality, and regulatory standards .

Support and promote site safety policies; identify unsafe conditions and coach peers to maintain a safe work environment.

Operate, maintain, clean, and perform changeovers on production equipment in compliance with GMP and sanitation standards .

Perform preventive maintenance, work orders, lubrication, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize equipment performance; recommend and implement improvements as needed.

Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems .

Proficient in troubleshooting and operation of :

Power Distribution

Allen-Bradley Studio5000 / Logix5000 hardware & software

Drives & Motion Control

FactoryTalk ME & SE

Ethernet / IP Control Networks

Food Manufacturing & Utility Instrumentation

Utilize prints, schematics, manuals, and testing equipment to perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Adhere to company drawing, documentation, and recordkeeping standards.

Coach and mentor team members on automation systems, machine functionality, and defect resolution.

Actively participate in training and qualification programs , ensuring consistent standards and building technician skills.

Apply continuous improvement tools to reduce downtime and eliminate losses; document and implement corrective actions.

Serve as a system owner for technical, safety, or quality systems; create and update documentation (SOPs, Job Aids, PMs, etc.).

Stay current by attending technical training, vendor sessions, and scheduled maintenance activities; maintain expertise in E&I technologies.

Maintain low-voltage qualification (within 12 months of hire).

Use computer systems to record repair / maintenance activities, track parts usage, and communicate effectively (shift pass-downs, email, online training, etc.).

Lead projects to improve safety, quality, or production in assigned areas.

Collaborate effectively within a team and support peers as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For :

High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or training preferred.

5+ years of experience working with :

PLCs (Allen-Bradley Studio5000 / Logix5000)

Drives & Motion Control

FactoryTalk ME & SE

Ethernet / IP networks

Sensors, instrumentation, and power distribution systems

Mechanical / maintenance background a plus; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred .

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Flexible to work 13-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3) and overtime as needed.
