Position Overview

We are a large industry leading manufacturer seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical controls, PLC programming, and automation technologies, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and machine reliability.
• Implement machine vision systems for quality control and process monitoring.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on control systems.
• Maintain documentation for control systems, including schematics and operational procedures.
