About the Role :
As a Special Events Coordinator with SGA, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing the distribution of gifts – often referred to as swag, favors, or amenities – for our esteemed clients. Your strong organizational skills and keen understanding of client and guest expectations will ensure that gifts are delivered smoothly and thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities :
Gift Distribution Strategy : Develop and implement a robust strategy for gift distribution, which may include setting up gift tables, creating gift bags for all attendees, or orchestrating personalized gifting experiences.Guest Relations : Serve as the point of contact for gift-related inquiries, ensuring that all recipients enjoy a positive and memorable experience.Skills and Qualifications :
