Responsibilities
- Direct supervisory personnel within the assigned functional area; oversee and advise on staffing requirements; monitor and administer discipline / corrective action for subordinates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback; act as liaison between first-level supervisors and upper management.
- Proactively monitor the work of assigned employees to ensure safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
- Maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.
- Ensure that required company audit requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance at all times.
- Read, understand and implement the site-specific security plan; ensure all WFS staff are issued and display a relevant company ID.
- Administer practices in a fair and equitable manner, ensuring respectful treatment of employees, customers, vendors and other third parties.

Minimum Requirements
Two to five years of previous management / supervisor experience in field service dutiesCollege degree or equivalent experienceAirline pricing experienceMust be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days offPreferred Skills
Familiarity with personal computer software helpfulIndependent judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsAbility to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languagePhysical Requirements / Working Conditions
