Salary : $45,000-$60,000 / year

Hunter Auto Group is seeking a motivated and professional BDC Service Representative to support our growing Service Department! As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, positive service experience from start to finish. Join a trusted, customer-focused automotive team with a strong local reputation for over 85 years!

Were looking for a BDC Service Agent to be the friendly voice of our service department and help drive our customer experience to the next level!

What Youll Do :

  • Be the first point of contact for service inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer care and ensure satisfaction at every step
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to keep everything running smoothly
  • Keep our database organized and up to date

What Were Looking For :

  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Excellent computer and phone skills are a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Comfortable with computers and scheduling tools
