Print Producer (Project Manager)

Duration : 6-month contract w / possibility of extension
Pay Rate : $28-$36 / hr
Role Overview :
We are entrepreneurial and creative individuals delivering advertising and communications for our products and services. An in-house creative agency primarily based in New York City and out of our HQ in Philadelphia, we produce creative content for all channels, including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print, and extensive video production for various online and in-house needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up environment within a Fortune 500 company with an award-winning brand and culture.
This role will work directly with Project Management, Studio, and Account teams on all print projects across the agency with a concentration in Retail and OOH.
Responsibilities :
- Work with internal project management teams and external vendors on all print production-related projects.
- Be responsible for end-to-end production and coordination of tasks from initiation of the project to execution and shipping.
- Focus on projects executed across advertising, OOH, print collateral, store graphics, signage, etc.
- Help manage timelines both internally and with vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Create tactical matrices for all projects in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Work with creative teams to ensure all appropriate assets are gathered.
- Route Studio mechanicals and vendor proofs to internal team using online software.
- Release all project mechanicals to vendors.
- Update project Gantt chart daily, ensuring project status is up to date.
- Adhere to the deliverables calendar, ensuring all projects release on time.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in project management at an agency with a strong emphasis on print production.Extensive experience collaborating with internal creative teams and external print vendors to execute print production initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple active projects.Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Office / Microsoft Online, particularly Excel and Word.Comfort working within an internal routing workflow involving multiple rounds of reviews and approvals.Comfort working with a team or autonomously.Ability to communicate clearly in status meetings with vendors and internal teams.Ability to create and maintain file folder structures and accurately track project statuses without oversight.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience working within entertainment or telecom.Experience with online routing software (ProofHQ, Workfront, Ziflow, etc.)Experience with Adobe CS, mainly Acrobat (InDesign a plus).
