CNC Programmer

Looking for a new opportunity? Don’t miss out on this role! We are seeking a CNC Programmer for our manufacturing site in Philadelphia, PA. Hours are 6am-4 : 30pm Monday- Thursday and compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $75,000 annually. Interested?

What a CNC Programmer will do :

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to create toolpaths and machining instructions
• Accurately calculate dimensions and tolerances; perform layout and measurement of workpieces
• Program, set up, and operate both manual and CNC machines for prototype and production runs
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and production staff to improve machining methods and results
• Inspect completed parts using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs to ensure adherence to specifications
• Adjust tooling and machine settings as necessary to meet complex design requirements and tight tolerances
• Document machining procedures, inspection results, and production metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
