Salary : $85,000 / year | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary liaison between Serenity Hospice PA and referral sources.

Educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals about hospice services.

Facilitate smooth transitions into hospice care.

Grow census through strategic outreach and engagement.

Qualifications :

Hospice experience is required – applicants must have prior experience in hospice care.

Sales experience is essential – strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Must be willing to work full-time hours across Lehigh Valley and Berks County.
