• Description : CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson ND. General Surgery is looking for 2 Locums to cover 10 days / month of call coverage starting in December. The site is flexible and will work around locum providers schedule. Any contractor accepted will need to go through payor enrollment.Dates of coverage : Dec 2025-OngoingDetails : 10 days of call coverage. We also will look at candidates who are also IMLC in process in addition to full IMLCRATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION : Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 175 - half the hourly / callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Holiday 525 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT On Call Daily 2700 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 4050 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 350 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Holiday Call Back 525 Per holiday hour of patient contacthours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Average Callback Hours : 3.4 hoursQampA : Will this be a pure call coverage or will they need to do Clinic and Call?
