Solid Power is seeking a Senior Process Engineering manager to join our talented team working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next-generation, all solid-state rechargeable batteries. The Senior Process Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling manufacturing processes for Solid Power's solid-state battery materials. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Equipment Engineering teams to ensure successful technology transfer from lab to pilot to full-scale production. Solid Power is a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative team environment. This position will be a part of the Electrolyte Technologies team for developing new powder process and scaling up to mass production.
