Location : Remote, USA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits / Variable Comp / Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

An AI Partner Operations Specialist at OneStream plays a critical role in advancing OneStream's AI focused Partner Enablement and Training. This role serves as a core contributor to OneStream AI focused Partner enablement and training activities to ensure successful scalable growth of OneStream AI solutions. The position requires a strategic and organized mindset, comfort working with technical consultants, and the ability to foster relationships with both internal and external consultants and stakeholders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners to assess and advise their internal AI Delivery / Sales strategies.
  • Support and lead AI Delivery technical training and enablement.
  • Support and lead AI Delivery non-technical training and enablement.
  • Support the execution of OneStream's various AI partner enablement strategies.
  • Collaborate with OneStream AI Delivery to ensure AI training and enablement material is up-to-date, relevant, and formulated in the best way for successful administration to developing consultants.
  • Become an implementation expert yourself by staying up to date and fully trained in each of OneStream's commercially available AI Solutions.

Required Education and Experience

  • Introductory level skills utilizing C#, SQL, and / or python programming languages.
  • Developing level skills when presenting product features, future direction and overall OS AI solution functionality.
  • Introductory level skills and experience in AI and Machine Learning concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or other relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Applied Machine Learning.
  • Developing level of SQL, Excel, and / or C# coding languages.
  • Career level organizational skills to lead and deliver completed projects on schedule.
  • Career level leadership capabilities within large technical teams.
  • Career level demo and presentation skills.

    • Preferred Education and Experience

  • 1 year of experience with corporate, enterprise, or financial planning, consolidation, and management systems (OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, etc.).
  • 1 year of experience in an AI or Machine Learning focused role.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to clearly translate complex concepts and apply them to modern business.
  • Ability to clearly define and logically resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize ongoing activities based on importance.
  • Comfortability speaking in front of audiences and corporate leadership.
  • Quick learner who can understand and self-tech new technologies.

    • Travel

  • Some travel is expected for this role and a willingness to travel up to 10% of work time will be required.
