About the Position : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading mechanical contracting firm specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality mechanical systems.

Lead and manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Track change orders, RFI submissions, submittals, and procurement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements : 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience (HVAC, plumbing, piping preferred). Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale commercial or industrial projects. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
