Primary Relationships : The intern will primarily work with the Sr. Program Manager for Equity & Family Health, the Family Health Coordinator, and other team members across the organization. The intern may also work with external, state-wide partners depending on the assigned task.

ABOUT THE POSITION
LPHI is seeking qualified interns to assist with maternal health and healthcare access initiatives that are aligned with the organization's Family Health & Capacity Building priorities. The selected intern will work closely with LPHI staff on literature research, information gathering, preparation of presentations, reports, and other dissemination products. LPHI welcomes master's - level students to apply for this internship. Interns should be willing to support family health initiatives that include evaluation, data + research, and program development. This internship opportunity will be an unpaid, non-benefit eligible position. Commitments are part-time and will range in project length and time periods, ideally for a 1-year period.
LPHI is headquartered in New Orleans, with employees based throughout the state. This position is New Orleans-based (fully in-office / hybrid).
