Supervisor Patient Access

The Supervisor of Patient Access is responsible for overseeing and directing all Patient Access staff. Maintain staff schedule, distribute daily work assignments and ensure responsibilities are completed, monitor appropriate bed placement of patients, and maintain an efficient flow of patients through the registration process. Interact with physicians, physician’s office staff, patients and patient’s families, and hospital staff throughout various departments while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and positive customer relations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

Education :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree preferred.

Salary Range : $20.21-29.31 / hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
