Title of Position : HR Operations Manager - Endwell, NY & Saddlebrook, NJ
Position Type : Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM.
Compensation Range : $95,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as directly related work experience, education, geographic location, and specialized skills.
Location : Hybrid position on-site in Endwell, NY or Saddlebrook, NJ

Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the Human Resources Operations team, including benefits, payroll, retirement plans, wellness, and compliance reporting.Ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently executed, while managing and developing staff to meet operational goals.Evaluate benefit offerings for inclusivity and cost-effectiveness, resolve complex issues, and serve as a subject matter expert.Partner with external vendors to support benefits administration.Report directly to the Director of HR Operations and supervise a team of 4.Collaborate with functional department managers and interact frequently with members and employees.Areas of Responsibility

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.Strong knowledge of HR operations to oversee compliance, benefits, payroll, HRIS, analytics and process improvement. Experience in Employee Relations preferred.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.We will consider alternative education and experience.Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Master's DegreeSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS certification5 years of leadership / supervisory experience5 years of experience managing benefit plans / programs & HR systemsExperience with compensation administrationWe are more than banking. You can be, too.
