The Recipe for Success

As our Visual Manager, you have a creative vision and a passion for the analytics that drive mapping the consumer journey, propelling our business forward. You are responsible for providing visual merchandising direction to support our various business channels and achieve business objectives. You achieve results through collaboration and partnerships within and outside of the marketing organization, particularly the functions of merchandising, retail operations, and category management. Your role is central to achieving our financial plans, product merchandising strategy, and new store development plans.

What's on your daily menu?

Visual Strategy & Execution

Develop seasonal and campaign-based visual merchandising directives aligned with brand strategy and retail and wholesale objectives.

Design window displays, in-store layouts, product adjacencies, and signage guidelines that maximize impact and sales conversion.

Oversee visual directives for wholesale showrooms and regional shows.

Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect Le Creuset's premium positioning and cross-category product strategy.

Analyze KPI trends on a quarterly basis to inform go-forward strategies.

Store Support & Communication

Create clear visual merchandising toolkits, planograms, and guidelines for stores, shop-in-shop (SIS), and wholesale independent teams.

Partner with District / Store Managers to train and coach teams on execution of brand standards.

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate, audit, and reinforce visual consistency.

Project & Resource Management

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships related to in-store visual displays, props, and signage.

Oversee production and distribution of visual collateral to ensure timely execution across all formats.

Support new store openings and renovations with tailored visual and fixture plans as well as setup support.

Oversee and provide direction to Visual Merchandising Associate

The Perfect Blend : Your Ingredients for Success :

Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, design, marketing, or related field

5+ years in visual merchandising (premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and execution across channels.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong cross-departmental relationships.

A creative and analytical mind.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Willingness to travel up to 25% nationwide.
