A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to assist customers with product-related inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer concerns and questions
Educate and coach customers on best practices for using the system
Assist internal teams and maintain functional knowledge of customer products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or a related field
At least 2 years of operations and customer service experience in a customer-facing role within the software industry
Experience in a Customer Support, Account Management, or Quality Assurance role within SaaS or technology
Experience working with customers and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for customer experience and empathy for customers' success
