Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Generating new business via outbound calls and emails
- Informing customers of promotions and product updates
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and any other types of communication
- Process return documentation.
- Track orders and provide status to respective customers.
- Input new orders into the Company system (Macola).
- Process order corrections and replacements.
- Manage warranty claims.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Sales background and sales driven.Strong communication skills.General knowledge and understanding of automotive / offroad parts.Self-motivated, assertive, and responds to production and sales metrics.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.Summary of Experience and Education :
Previous responsibility in generating sales / revenue.High school Diploma or GED.Strong customer service, customer development, or business development experience.Working knowledge and understanding of auto / offroad parts.Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelBenefits :
