Studio Anda is a boutique architecture and interior design firm based in Miami. We design and deliver high-end single-family residences in South Florida and The Bahamas. Every home is custom. Every detail matters.
We’re hiring a Project Manager / Project Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the development and delivery of high-end custom residences from early design through construction administration. You’ll coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors. You’ll work side by side with the firm’s Principal and have direct access to decisions, not layers of intermediaries.
You’ll be the day-to-day lead on some of the most meaningful projects in the office.
This is a true project-ownership role.
This role is based in Miami, FL and operates in a hybrid model. For an exceptional candidate with directly relevant custom single-family experience, we’re open to discussing flexible arrangements.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Principal to execute the vision, intent, and character of each home
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project
- Own the development of architectural drawings and technical documentation (permit, bidding, and construction sets, including specifications) from schematic design through construction administration
- Research and interpret local zoning, building codes, and permitting requirements, and ensure compliance in all deliverables
- Coordinate and review the work of consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, interiors, etc.) and drive alignment across disciplines
- Prepare permitting packages and interface with building officials during permitting and construction
- Conduct on-site reviews, attend field meetings, and participate in construction observation
- Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design intent
- Perform ongoing QA / QC to maintain both design quality and technical accuracy
- Track progress, anticipate issues, and keep projects moving
Who You Are
Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)You’ve led (or meaningfully owned) a high-end custom single-family residential project from schematic design through permitting and into construction administration. Most people who succeed in this role have ~5+ years of relevant experience, but if you’ve done that level of ownership sooner, we want to hear from you.Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to produce and organize drawing sets at a high level of clarityComfortable directing consultants and giving guidance to internal teammatesExceptionally organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple scopes or multiple projects in parallelProactive—you don’t wait to be told what the next step is, you’re already doing itClear communicator who can translate between design vision, technical detail, and client prioritiesCollaborative, professional, and motivated by great design and great executionNice to Have
