Research Specialist

A company is looking for a Research Specialist to assist with development economics research projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support Principal Investigators in implementing development economics research, including randomized control trials

Manage and clean complex data, ensuring high data quality through rigorous checks

Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and prepare reports, surveys, and manuscripts

Required Qualifications

College or university degree in a related field; a bachelor's or master's in economics or public policy is preferred

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline

Expertise in statistical analysis packages such as Stata, R, or Python

Strong interest in development economics

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
