A company is looking for a Team Lead, Contract Administration to direct day-to-day staff activities to achieve service and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workflow and assignments for timely processing of contracts
Document process changes and oversee training of new Contract Analysts
Supervise staff performance, including quality reviews and feedback
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an HMO or health care setting
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of contracts related applications and software
