Accounting Specialist (Hybrid) — Albuquerque, NM

$30–$40 / hour

What you’ll do (first 3 months) :

Calculate and reconcile commissions for 50+ sales reps (bi-weekly cycles)

Spot and resolve payout errors before payroll cutoffs

What you might take on next (if time allows) :

Streamline repetitive workflows (e.g., cut down 6-hour reporting tasks to 90 minutes)

Reconcile accounts

Suggest and test NetSuite process improvements

Schedule & location :

3 days / week in-office (Albuquerque, near Uptown)

2 days / week remote

Requirements

Tools : NetSuite

Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups)

CRM or payroll tools (nice to have, not required)

Have past experience with commissions or account reconciliations

Spot errors in data quickly and enjoy fixing them

Prefer spreadsheets over long meetings
